How to start eating more veggies
I’m constantly having conversations with people about how to make “clean eating” easier. Meaning: less time consuming, less stress over hard-to-find ingredients, understanding “what is healthy”, and how to not be cooking constantly. It can be exhausting when you have a loaded schedule and a million things on your mind.
After I came back from The Salty Souls Experience I was inspired to add more veggies to my meals and go meatless more. Not because I’m “vegetarian”, but because I’ve been super curious about how I can EASILY add more veggies to meals and be more conscious of my consumption habits.
