When I first started learning this it felt kind of… surreal. Like surely that’s not true. Isn’t the pain and suffering just how it is? Period are painful, we just have to deal with it. Turns out that’s not true at all. We don’t have to suffer. We don’t have to hate our periods at all. In fact, we can even LIKE them!
