Hailey's Signature Guacamole (WHOLE30)
In all honesty, guacamole is my favorite food. This recipe is the one I make for every event, get together, holiday and you know, every day noms.
Ingredients
3 avocados
2 firm medium tomatoes, seeded
1 small/medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 bunch of cilantro
2 jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
3 Tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp kosher salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp ground black pepper, or to taste
1/2 tsp Cumin
How to:
Chop all ingredients and combine in bowl until you reach a desired texture. I use a handheld potato masher to make mine.
Note: Be careful when handling fresh jalapeños - they will "burn" you. I always wear gloves or put a ziploc bag over one of my hands.
